Missing Parts
Received the lamp fairly quickly, but it arrived missing the harp - the metail piece inside that the shade attaches to and supports the shade. Also missing the screw at the top to secure the shade. The parts came encased in styrofoam to protect them but there were small loose pieces of styrofoam everywhere, which as careful as I tried to be, meant I had to vacumn the room. I called about the missing parts and will take another week for the missing parts to arrive.

Not sturdy.
I bought this same lamp a few years ago and really liked it. It was sturdy. This lamp does not have the same quality as that one. The base is not sturdy. The lamp can easily be pushed off balance and become crooked. It is not possible to tighten the saddle to the lamp so it wobbles. I am disappointed, but this was an inexpensive lamp. I am going to put it someplace where it won't be used much and find a sturdier one.

A little flimsy
Looks very nice, but it lacks weight. The metal is all hallow, hence only 4 lbs. Keep pets and kids away from this lamp because it wont take much to knock it over. It does look pretty well once put together, but does feel a little cheap. This is expected given the price. A solid metal version of this would be at least $125.

Just Perfect!

lamp purchase
The lamp was everything it said it was and arrived in great shape. Very pretty lamp. wish it had a 3 way switch is only down side but it was as advertised.

Great lamp!
This lamp was exactly what I'd been searching for for quite a while. I wanted a lamp for the end table for the couch, but I wanted one that was taller to give off good light. I was also looking for a gourd shape with a long neck and one that had a white drum shade. This one fit all my wants and it was a great price. Very happy with this lamp!

Not Happy
The base to this lamp is okay. Just stainless steel. But it is as pictured. The shades are super cheap. The inside of the shade is like plastic. I took one lamp out and put it on my dresser and I liked it so I unwrapped the other lamp and everything seemed to be in order. But then I put the light bulbs in and defects in the shades became apparent. It is like very small creases on the inside of each shade. They are not visible until you turn the light on. Look like little squiggly dark worms in the white shades. Of course there is a big seam that runs down the back of shade and the squiggles are on the front and sides so can’t turn to get rid of them. Guess that’s what you get for $70.00 each. Cheap, cheap, cheap shades. Guess I’ll just buy new shades at this price point. Ordered two other lamps at the same time from lamps plus and one of those is defective and has to be sent back. Next time I’ll go down to the local lamp store or furniture store and pay 3x more but there won’t be the hassle and irritation.

Simple but elegant table lamp for my living room
I have been looking at this lamp for a while and finally bought it for my living room. This tall table lamp is simple yet very elegant. It's 32" from top and bottom which looks very classy in my living room. My house has a lot of wood furniture but also lots of newer brushed nickel accessories so this lamp will best fits my house of mix traditional and contemporary design. I put this next to my large TV and I totally love it. Great lamp at a great price.

Great for small end tables!
I needed tallish lamps for both sides of a sofa. Small end tables so I didn’t want the shades to be larger than the width of the tables. These were perfect and everyone likes them!

Okay bedroom lamp
It is nice looking but seemed flimsier after it was pit together. Would not purchase again. Overall, I am not pleased that I have to put the lamp together myself. I went into the store expecting to come home with a lamp...at least you can see what you are purchasing...deliver was timely.
