Instructions bad. Light good.
The instructions are very bad. The wiring diagram even shows a different attachment plate. I'm a handy guy, I work on my car, etc. It's not like the install is hard, but the instructions make it confusing. I added some pics. Of course turn off your breaker first. The bottom round piece of glass, the diffuser, needs to be angled in. And for some reason mine doesn't sit flush at the bottom, but rides about 1/4 inch above the supports. No big deal, and I can probably adjust it. I really like the look of the light.

Beautiful Tiffany Pendant Chandelier
Our Tiffany Pendant Chandelier looks terrific in our kitchen dinning area. It gives out plenty of lighting even with the snare bottom. The fixture is exactly as pictured on the web site. The directions were easy to follow and the installation was easy too. Lamps Plus did an excellent job with our order, it was shipped soon after ordering it and was delivered in a timely manner. Very pleased with our order.

Smooth Shopping Experience, But Quality of Product Is to Be Desired
First time customer at Lamp Plus. Ordering online was a breeze, and the product came well packed with no damages. The light is beautiful when installed; however, when lit it did reveal some defects due to poor craftmanship and quality control. I would hesitate to buy again unless it is of better quality.

The colors are perfect. They are bright when lit. Provides plenty of light.
This light is beautiful. It was well packed to prevent breakage. The 100w equivalent bulbs provide plenty of light. I have on a dimmer so make sure yo7 buy dimmer capable bulbs. One word of warning: make sure the three prongs on the light are level or it will hang crooked. I had a handyman install mine. It was crooked. He didn't know how to fix it. I called the company. They were very informative and helpful. They said that electricians are trained to level chandeliers and one in ten of all lights need adjustment. I called an electrician. He had to take it down, heat crooked prong and adjust it, then reinstall. It was not easy and the glass could have been broken if done by someone who was rough or not knowledgeable. This is a surmountable problem and I wouldn't let it stop you from purchase. It is beautiful.

This is a beautiful chandelier. I have always loved Tiffany glass products and this is among the best. Very elegant piece hanging in my stairway. I absolutely love, love, love it. It also have a shimmer when the light is on.

Extra rods wrong color/finish
I ordered this over the phone with an associate at the Westminster Colorado rather than online to help the store out. I ordered 2 extra down rods. The extra rods are a different color/finish than the rods that come with the light. The light is beautiful, but the color discrepancy should not have happened given I spoke to an associate to walk me through the order.
