32 3/4" high x 23 1/2" wide. Round canopy is 5 1/2" wide x 1 1/4" high. Weighs 38 lbs.
Comes with two 6", two 12", and two 18" downrods. Plus 6-feet of chain and 12-feet of wire. Sloped ceiling adaptable.
