  • We are installing the item now. It must be a good omen in that the chandelier was shipped from Redlands, CA where we lived for 25 years. We miss having a store in Oklahoma City, but ordering from your web site went well.

  • She said she lived in an older home as well, so she understood the problem with the original chandelier I ordered. (Still love that light) but helped answer questions and my doubts on the 2nd light I ordered. Same look but not as overbearing.

  • I was disappointed to learn during installation that the switch to change directions of the fan is NOT on the remote control, but on the ceiling fan. It would have been helpful if Marti had warned me of this, as reverse was feature I desired.

  • If this is my telephone order, I was transferred then was told I had to pay full price to replace a damaged fixture. 30 minutes or so after getting confirmation of order, I received another email that my shipment is now delayed 2 months.
