  • When the lamps arrived both shades were flawed. One with some sort of glue, the other with ink marks. You sent replacement shades which arrived today. One has nasty brown marks all over it.

  • I really appreciated that she took time to let me see how fixtures looked with different bulbs, and tracked down a second fixture online. No trouble at all processing a return to find something that was more suited to my project. Give her a raise!
