  • No one to ask for assistance. One employee just passed us by. My wife had to stop someone and asked if she could help us. Given the time we ae living in, it was sort of uncomfortable. The person did help us and we left.

  • I didn't find out until the day before my order that you could take a picture of the room you want a light in and put the light fixture in that room as a visual to see if you like the setting. I thought that was very helpful in my decision making.
