  • We bought two fans. One wouldn’t work. The technician we contacted suggested it might be two parts which there were problems with. Instead of taking the fan down and returning fan, he sent new parts. The fan then worked. We were pleased.

  • My fountain was a piece of junk...it was uneven could not get it to flow properly because it was so uneven. We used wooden shims to try and balance it...worked in it for hours!!! I’m sending it back and expect full credit. I spoke to a rep on Sunday.
