  • My first purchase was seamless. My second purchase, a free standing lamp was not great. It arrived on time but it was rusted on the base. I tried to remove it but it wouldn’t come off. I called the next day and was on hold for an hour.

  • It was not the specialists fault but the on hold time was an hour. The one came with a defective piece of glass that would not fit lamp fixture. Specialist gave several options but was mainly just a wonderful person to talk to so it made the hour.

  • Had great experiences with lamps Plus in the past, but nothing but horrors with my last path light purchase. P00R quality control. Over half of the lights failed, which cost me money, defective lights doubled electric bill, cost double to replace.

  • I guess its not a problem with Lamps Plus but Fed Ex. First time I ordered a lamp, the lamp was sitting in the same location for 3 to 4 days without moving and the box was in such a damaged condition.I've never seen a package so damaged.ll
