  • LAMP PLUS HAVE GOOD MERCHANDISE BUT YOU SHOULD SALE THINGS THAT CAN BE TOGETHER IN A PAIR AND NOT INDIVIDUALLY BECAUSE IT WOULD LESS EXPENSIVE AND NOT MORE.

  • We had a problem. Rob and Sal were super nice and helped me remedy my problem. I paid for an electrician to come & install two fans. One fan motor is not well. Sal spoke to myself and the electrician and determined that I needed a replacement.

  • We really like the lamp. However, instructions were too minimalist: They should mention/show that when you push the bar into the stand a tiny tube pops out and that's why you need the tool...Instead it's a surprise. Surprises are not helpful.

  • The wrong shade came with our lamp. We called and were told the correct shade was ordered and would be sent. That order was canceled without our knowledge. I called again after I saw the order was canceled, was placed on hold for 50+ minutes.
