  • My lighting specialist was fine. Certainly in the 4+ to 5 range. What I'm not all that happy with is the post sales activities. I received a "your order has shipped" notice at 11:05 PM EST on Saturday. So far Tuesday it hasn't moved.

  • We're glad that Christy was able to help with the chandelier and also, specifically gave us the correct light bulbs , 5000k Daylight. The girl at register gave wrong info re: bulbs. She didn't know product set.
