  • My shopping experience was fine. My only complaint is I got a defective chandelier and the only way it can be replaced is if I ship it back in the box (which I don't have) or just order another one and then ship it back. 2 sockets were defective.

  • I decided to return a ceiling lamp/light for a different one. The person on the phone took care of everything, from the return to ordering the new one and paying the difference. Fed Ex picked up the return and dropped off the new on the same day.
