  • Deborah did all the right things as your representative. As it turned out, however, it was Lamps Plus issue-it didn't provide me with current directions for installation. The electrician was expensive and the lamp didn't work.

  • Lamps Plus needs to tell the customer which shipping method they use, whether the shipment is insured, and the tracking number so that the customer can follow. the progress to her home and be sure to be there for delivery.
