  • I was told shipping would be in 3-7 days but the vendor did not ship in that time frame delaying my receipt of the ordered lamps which is disapointing as I needed them within 10 days. I will be leaving for 8 weeks so time is critical to complete.

  • Received my lamp ,but it had two missing parts.I called and they said they would expedite the parts. It took them five days to finally ship the parts. I have no idea how long it will take to receive it.
