  • Had a problem with a ceiling fan. Tech was excellent but when we had to talk to customer service the agent was not very knowledgeable. Could not make understand that we needed a replacement for a defective fan and had to buy another fan.

  • Perhaps add on your web the different bulbs and what the different watts look like, ex. The 5000k is daylight will really brighten room, 2000k is more yellow etc. I know I learned alot speaking with Donna.

  • The chandelier is prettier than the picture! Extremely fast delivery-only 5 days and I live in South Dakota. I was surprised that we had to assemble it. I did not see anything when I ordered it that said assembly required.
