  • One item arrived broken. The item was a light fixture that contained glass. The packing was apparently not optimal, and the package was NOT marked FRAGILE. It may have been subjected to rough handling by FedEx, but this may have been avoidable.

  • Wrong lamps were sent and I was told by A man named Chris that I had to carefully rewrap into a large, heavy box and drive it down to FedEx myself. This was Lamps Plus' error not mine. I could not do this so I called you and had to buy the wrong
