  • Defects on chandelier noticed after installation. Contacted customer service. Was told to take photos and email rep. Did so—twice—no response.

  • The lamps were larger than expected If it wasn’t such a problem I would return. The switch was missing on one lamp and I thought they would be delivered put together. I had to pay $20 to have someone put together. Ridiculous for as much as I paid.
