  • When I added LED bulbs with a standard screw base to my order, I expected the bulbs to be standard size but the bulbs I received were a little longer than standard. The bulbs will fit most fixtures/lamps I use them in but not all fixtures/lamps.

  • Apparently the sales consultants at Lamps Plus are paid on commission. While that definitely improves their attentiveness, it can get a bit awkward when you have a question and the original sales consultant you spoke with is busy.

  • I wished I remembered the sales lady‘s name she was so helpful I really appreciate it ! I had been in there several times and nobody had an even asked me for help. If it hadn’t been for her I probably wouldn’t of came back.

  • I have had a terrible experience with my orders from you. The products were all damaged. The only saving grace was your customer service people were wonderful. The warehouse was terrible -canceled my spare parts that were replacements.NEVER AGAIN.
