  • when purchasing lamp not in stock I purchased light bulb for lamp that was being shipped when package came in Lamps Plus provided a bulb that was a bonus but now I have to go back and return bulb. Sales rep should know if bulb comes with shipping.

  • Not your fault that it was out of stock. BUT no offer to confirm- said I could expect in about 5-7 days. If you’re seeing more delays due to vendor levels- go extra mile to find out. That’s customer service.
