- Wet location rated. Architectural powder coat finished or 316 Marine grade stainless steel housing. Stainless steel finish motor with matching stainless steel ABS blades.
- Smart fan control using the free Modern Forms iOS or Android App, or voice command Google Home, Amazon Alexa, Samsung Smart Things, Ecobee, and more. Also comes with Bluetooth hand-held remote.
- 4 1/2" downrod included. Fan height is 11 1/4" ceiling to bottom of blades, 14" ceiling to bottom of light (with 4 1/2" downrod).
