- Smart fan design can be controlled with a free Modern Forms iOS or Android App or with voice command Google Home, Amazon Alexa or Nest/Ecobee.
- Fan height is 13 1/4" from ceiling to the bottom of the blades (with 4 1/2" downrod). Fan height is 14 3/4" from ceiling to the bottom of the light (with 4 1/2" downrod).
- Requires minimum 9 foot ceiling for installation.
