29 3/4" wide x 16 1/2" high. Round canopy is 6" wide. Each shade is 1 3/4" across the top x 2 1/4" across the bottom x 5" on the slant. Weighs 24 lbs.
Comes with one 3", one 6", one 12" and two 18" downrods. Sloped ceiling adaptable.
