Nearly everything but the kitchen sink was used to construct this contemporary steel table lamp by Jonathan Adler for Robert Abbey. Polished brass finish lends warmth to the metal, as do accents of bright camel leather, both of which are cooled slightly by the round base crafted from natural carrera marble. A bright Shannon oyster fabric drum shade completes the look and attempts to calm the multitude of competing elements that make this design a perfectly appropriate addition to a busy modern home.
