The EP6 retrofit downlight directly replaces recessed incandescent or compact fluorescent flood or down lights. It installs easily in most standard six inch recessed lighting housings, including IC and non-IC units. The EP6 retrofit kit generates white light with built-in LED bulbs that offer natural illumination with high energy savings. Light output is 745 lumens. The unit is dimmable with most standard incandescent dimmers with an estimated life around 35,000 hours. Uses 80-90 percent less energy than incandescent equivalents. They consume only 10 watts of power but produce the equivalent of a 65 watt incandescent or 18 watt compact fluorescent. This dimmable retrofit module is Energy Star rated, meets CA Title 24 standard.
