A vintage style LED Edison bulb is included to help up the style factor.

BEST ANSWER: Hi - this wall light was designed as a plug-in and there are no conversion kits available for hardwire installation. But, you may check with a qualified electrician for your conversion options.
Can I use this light on an inside wall of my screened in porch?

Can you turn it on from the lamp while laying in bed ??

BEST ANSWER: The switch to turn it on or off is a dial on the face plate- not on the swing arm or the lamp itself. You would have to be able to reach that area from bed to use the switch so it would have to be pretty close to you. I have to lean over a bit to reach mine. Love the lamp!

Lamp was what I expected however screws to mount on wall were too long. Lamps Plus tech team gave us a chintzy fix for the problem which didn’t work. Send the right size screws with the light fixture. It’s pretty simple.
