Rounded shade has a scalloped bottom edge, below which hang the pull chains for this lamp's two lights. Beautiful
This lamp is so colorful and beautiful. We had a dark corner that needed some color and light. The minute I turned it on I knew this was the one. It is stunning and really adds so much style and color. I was looking at the dragonfly lamps but they were darker, this lamp has some tan tiles and this makes the light shine through and show the color. The birds have some tiles that are clearer and they look beautiful. Don't get a boring lamp....get this one!

Very Pretty except for base
This lamp looks awesome on Lamps Plus website, and the base looks decent as well. Once I got the lamp, I was disappointed to see that the base looks like they slapped a coat of dark brown paint on it....not at all like it looks in the photo. (I would have returned it, but I am using the lamp on a table behind the sofa so it is kind of hidden).

Delivery took about a week from CA to MA.

The tiffany bird design does look very pretty when lit though and the lamp is a great size as well.

Very pretty colors
We got this lamp for our home to compliment a painting. Now in the room we do not know which compliments more. Love the play of colors and the light shining thru making it stunning. We make it a point to light it up every evening admiring the beauty of the light displayed thru the tiles. In fact we are planning to get another one to add to the other end table so this joy can be doubled.

Lamp was shipped promptly and I was given delivery status updates which I really appreciated so I could be sure and be home when the lamp arrived. Packaging was great, arrived intact and on time.

Beautiful Lamp, Spectrum of Colors!
This is a great lamp, wide spectrum of colors and very bright! I love mission style lighting but it can be on the dark side, was looking for a brighter, colorful alternative (but not floral), and this lamp was perfect. The birds have a complete color spectrum but no single color overwhelms it. I ordered a second one for an outside patio room, it feels like SPRING and SUMMER when you look at it. Lamp is well constructed and has a quality feel to it. I really like the base, it has a old fashioned look to it, which complements the shade colors. Very happy to have found this!

Love my birds
I ordered the lamp on a Saturday and received it on the opposite side of the continent in 6 days. The lamp was perfectly packed; not a scratch nor a nick nor a piece of broken glass were found anywhere.

My experience with Lamps Plus leads me to believe that I will be doing business with them again fairly soon.
