  • Parts rusted within a month of installation. Requested replacement parts , sent pictures. Customer service repeatedly sends wrong parts. I just want a refund now. The customer service is friendly but worthless

  • There was a notice on website when I bought my shades that harp and finials are included. They forgot to put harp and finials in the package. I had to call customer service for separate shipment. Still waiting. Otherwise I would give you five stars.

  • Both of my items were very damaged. Proper packaging could have prevented some of it. Both lamps had cheap materials that were scratched, bend, and had scratches. I called customer service and they are sending replacement of "some of the damage" I think
