what are "conkits" that this comes with?

BEST ANSWER: Hi Nancy - The "conkits" are actually three additional power supplies if you plan on cutting the LED strip into sections. It allows you to power those individual cut pieces.
Description says 310 lm/ft but specs say 180 lm/ft. Product title says 4000K but specs say 5000K. What are the real characteristics of this product?

BEST ANSWER: Hi Mike - we've clarified the copy. This uses 4.6 watts per foot and offers 310 lumens per foot, making it comparable to a 25 watt incandescent bulb per foot. It is rated at 4000K.
